Meet Our Talladega Dentist at Cheaha Family Dentistry

Ben Contratto, DMD

Born and raised in Florida, Dr. Ben Contratto moved to Alabama in 2000 and graduated from Troy State University with a B.S. in Chemistry before moving on to earn his DMD from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in Birmingham. Contratto has been practicing in Talladega since 2012 when he transitioned into the long-established practice of Dr. Tony McKinney.

Dr. Contratto completes numerous continuing education courses each year to keep up to date on the latest dental treatments and technologies. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Alabama Dental Association, Birmingham District Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry and Alabama Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Contratto and his wife, Erin, have three children, David, Juliet, and Claire. When he’s not in the office, Dr. Contratto enjoys woodworking, playing Ultimate Frisbee, fishing, and spending time with his family outdoors.
